License Avenue Shifters for your own builds

The Avenue Shifters automatic shifting system - firmware, integration documentation, calibration tooling, and engineering s support through integration - is licensed into bicycles the customer manufactures under their own brand. No hardware is included.
How licensing works
- Per model - each equipped model is named in its own Model Supplement, including that model's integration work, calibration, and parameter sheet. Adding a model later is a short supplement.
- What is included - the licensed firmware build for their configuration, the full integration pack, calibration tooling, and engineering support through integration. The rider-facing Bluetooth name is provisioned per licensee.
- Process - start with a mutual NDA, share the integration pack under it, then draft the agreement and statement of work. Business is conducted in writing.
Pricing
Founding pricing: $30 per bike for the first 250 bikes signed by December 27, 2026, $35 per bike after.
One founding block per licensee, including affiliates. Licensees signing after that date pay the standard $35 from the first unit. Units beyond the founding block are billed monthly against serial-number production reports.
